Shipowner Awilco LNG has bagged a charter extension for its 125,542-cbm WilEnergy (built 1983).
The Norwegian outfit said the charterer of the LNG carrier took an option to keep it until February 2013.
No day-rate is revealed but earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation are estimated at $21.5 million in 2012 alone.
Awilco revealed in November that the ship had been fixed on a charter to last at least 180 days.
