Freeport LNG has signed two 20-year liquefaction tolling agreements with Japanese off-takers Osaka Gas and Chubu Electric Power for its proposed export project in Texas.

Anglo-Dutch supermajor Shell has meanwhile confirmed it is talking about taking liquefaction capacity at the project.
