Energy services outfit ShawCor has locked in a second coating contract at Ichthys LNG worth more than US$100 million.
McDermott Australia awarded the work to ShawCor’s pipe coating division Bredero Shaw.
The job will involve providing pipeline coatings and related services for the flowlines and tie-in spools for the Australian export project. Work will kick off during the second quarter of 2013.
