Sempra Energy has ratcheted back the official start date for its export project at Cameron LNG.
The San Diego-headquartered utility, which is planning three liquefaction trains at its existing US Gulf Coast import terminal, is now aiming for first LNG in July 2017, a six-month pushback on the original schedule lodged with regulators.
Sempra had said earlier this year that it was aiming to produce first LNG by December 2016.
