Russia’s Sakhalin Energy has signed a deal to supply Tokyo Electric Power Company with LNG under a mid-term deal.
The contract has been approved by the Sakhalin-2 supervisory board, according to Russian news service RIA Novosti.
No more details of the contract have so far been revealed.
Sakhalin Energy is operator of the 9.6 million tonnes per annum Sakhalin-2 plant off Russia’s Pacific coast.
