Spain’s Repsol is mulling asset sales in its LNG division as part of a wider divestment programme.
The oil and gas company told regulators the analysis is at a preliminary stage and no decision has been made.
“We are considering a number of different assets. In fact, we are looking at all our businesses,” said spokesman Kristian Rix.
The divestments are part of Repsol’s 2012-2016 business plan.
