Indonesia’s Pertamina launched a formal search this week for a contractor to turn its Arun LNG export complex into a regasification facility.
The state energy player is pre-qualifying bidders for an engineering, procurement and construction contract tender with the line-up to be named on 11 April.
Pertamina plans to end exports from Arun LNG as soon as its final long-term contract expires in 2014.
