Indonesia’s national oil and gas company has approached Japanese operator Inpex with a view to acquiring a 10% interest.
Inpex previously sold a 30% stake to Shell while Indonesia’s privately-owned Energi Mega Persada has 10% and a further 10% will be offered to the Maluku regional government.
