Today Makes Tomorrow chief Nobu Su has carried out a trial ship-to-ship transfer of water to prove up the use of TMT’s very large ore oilers as conversion candidates for floating liquefaction units.
Nobu said the company’s 319,869-dwt C Whale and D Whale (both built 2010) were used in a test some 10 miles off Togo in West Africa last week.
