Jordan Cove Energy has entered into confidentiality agreements with at least 10 potential customers at its planned liquefaction facility in Coos Bay, Oregon.
The developer revealed its commercial plans for the project in a filing with the US Department of Energy, where it is seeking permission to export up to 9 million tonnes per annum over a 30-year period to countries with a free-trade pact.
