Korea Gas’s preliminary deal for off-take and equity at Wheatstone LNG has fallen apart, a Chevron executive confirmed today.
Kogas, the world’s largest single buyer of LNG, signed up last year for 1.5 million tonnes per annum of the Australian project’s LNG over 20 years and 5% of its equity.
