Russian gas giant Gazprom and a consortium of Japanese players are heading into the investment phase for an LNG export plant in Vladivostok.
The Japan Far East Gas consortium and Gazprom have wrapped up a feasibility study and pre-front-end engineering and design work on the project and held a meeting this week to discuss the results.
The outfits decided to “move over to the investment rationale for the LNG plant”, said Gazprom.
