he Liquid Niugini Gas joint venture has signed a heads of agreement with Gunvor for exports from its Gulf LNG project in Papua New Guinea.
The joint venture of Houston-based InterOil and Singapore’s Pacific LNG will deliver 1 million tonnes per annum to the Dutch trading house over 15 years if the deal is finalised.
Negotiations for a full sale and purchase agreement are scheduled to conclude in the second quarter of next year.
