Sempra Energy has signed a commercial deal with GDF Suez to allow it build train 3 at its planned Cameron LNG export plant in the US.
A subsidiary of the French outfit has inked a development deal with Sempra for the remaining 4 million tonnes per annum of LNG, meaning the developer now has three foundation customers at the project covering its entire capacity.
