The first six plant modules for the Queensland Curtis LNG export project have arrived in Gladstone ready for installation.
Developer BG Group said Monday the steel structures were shipped in to the harbour.
A total of 80 modules, which are being assembled in Thailand by engineering, procurement and construction contractor Bechtel Oil, Gas & Chemicals, will arrive in Gladstone during the next year.
