Start-up at Indonesia’s Senkang LNG production project is expected to be held up due to delays in getting development approval for the Wasambo feedstock gas field.

Two trains with a total capacity of 1 million tonnes per annum were scheduled to come online in the second quarter of 2013.

A new timetable for completion will be issued in due course, developer Energy World told the TEX Report.

Modules for the plant worth more than $200 million have already been shipped to Indonesia.
