Freeport LNG expects to unveil contracts for capacity at its proposed liquefaction plant on Quintana Island off the coast of Freeport, Texas, by the end of the second quarter.
“We have way more interest than capacity,” Freeport LNG Development chief executive Michael Smith said. “That is why we are so confident we will get it done in the next three and a half months.”
