Four of five members of Western Australia’s EnvironmentalProtection Authority have been ruled out of the review of the Browse LNGproject.
That leaves Chairman Paul Vogel as the only agency board member that can contribute to a report on whether to approve elements of the Woodside-ledexport project, which is expected in days.
