Canada’s EFL Overseas has tapped LNG project developer Henry Aldorf to lead its board as it mulls export opportunities for Yukon Territory gas.
The company said the hire is part of plans to buy the Kotaneelee gas fields and processing facilities in north-west Canada.
“Once the Kotaneelee is in hand, the company’s conventional and unconventional resource base, gas plant and strategic location will enable it to be involved in such gas monetisation developments as gas to power and liquid natural gas both for domestic use and future exports,” Aldorf said.
