Work on the Donggi-Senoro LNG export plant in Indonesia is moving ahead of schedule.
Construction is now 33% complete, surpassing the 26% target, according to shareholder Medco Energi Internasional.
However, plans for first LNG exports remain unchanged with a maiden shipment slated for late 2014, the Jakarta Post reported.
Korea Gas and Mitsubishi jointly own a 59.9% stake in the 2 million tonnes per annum Donggi-Senoro project, with Pertamina on 29% and Medco 11.1%.
