Dominion is considering a plan to double proposed liquefaction capacity at its Cove Point LNG terminal in the US, writes Eric Martin.

The utility has asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to begin pre-filing review of its request to add export kit at the under-utilised Maryland import terminal.
