A Browse LNG sales deal with CPC of Taiwan has fallen through the cracks.
The Woodside-led Australian export project said the two parties agreed to let the off-take agreement expire.
CPC inked a contract in 2007 to buy 2 million to 3 million tonnes per annum for between 15 to 20 years.
The deliveries were scheduled to begin sometime between 2013 and 2015.
