Western Australia’s Supreme Court has thrown out a landowners application challenging Woodside’s right to carry out works at the site of its Browse LNG project.

Western Australia Planning Minister John Day had gone around a Broome Shire order shortly before the hearing was due in court to allow Woodside access to the site regardless of the outcome.
