Western Australia’s Environmental Protection Authority has recommended approval of the site of the planned Browse LNG export project.
However, it has attached 29 strict conditions to the decision on James Price Point.
“After carefully considering each environmental factor, I have recommended a rigorous set of 29 conditions and offsets to ensure the EPA’s environmental objectives are met,” said EPA Chairman Paul Vogel.
