Chinese billionaire Raymond Sit is considering a dive into LNG production.

The chairman of Hong Kong-lsted Brightoil Petroleum said the company is in talks for $10 billion in loans for liquefaction and oil trading investments, Bloomberg News reports.

“Buying fields, gas liquefaction plants, ships, and receiving terminals are all part of the expansion plan,” he told the newswire.

Brightoil began operations in 1992 in petroleum products trading and bunker supply.
