Cash-strapped Cheniere Energy Partners is set to receive nearly $830 million per year under export deals with Gas Natural Fenosa and BG Group even if the Sabine Pass LNG off-takers never take a cargo, the contracts show.



The spin-off of Houston-based Cheniere Energy signed a deal this week with Spain’s Gas Natural covering 3.5 million tonnes per annum of exports from the US import terminal where the operator plans to add at least two liquefaction trains.



That
