Shell looks set to pursue its British Columbia LNG export project with an onshore facility, at least initially.
The supermajor, which is looking far and wide at potential locations for future floating liquefaction projects, is unlikely to take that route in Canada, said Neil Gilmour, general manager for FLNG.
“I think the intention is that BC will start with onshore,” he told LNG Unlimited during a visit to the Shell Technology Centre in The Hague this week.
The
