Thirteen suitors have lined up for a tender to build a small liquefaction plant and distribution network in land-locked Bolivia.
The participants in a recent site inspection included Sinopec of China and Gazprom of Russia, according to government-controlled YPFB.
Also running their eyes over the proposition were Techint, Siemens, Sener, Ros Roca with Indox Cryo Energy, Linde with Aesa, Tecna Boliva, Preca, Tecnourban, Sancus Energy & Power, Cobra and Tecnimont.
