Australian exploration outfit Arrow Energy has put in a non-binding offer to acquire fellow production company Bow Energy for $1.48 per share.



Arrow said the completion of a deal with Bow would “strengthen the opportunity for Arrow to increase the size of its first two LNG trains on Curtis Island from the currently proposed 4 million tonnes per annum”.



The company is seeking to enter into confidential discussions with Bow Energy, which has itself advised shareholders to take no action at this stage on the proposal.
