Petronas has contracted Air Products to provide process equipment for its planned floating liquefaction project in Malaysia.
The floater, to be located off the coast of Bintulu in Sarawak, will use Air Products’ AP NTM LNG process and equipment.
The kit includes coil wound heat exchangers, compressor-expanders and economiser cold boxes.
Petronas subsidiary Petronas Floating LNG Project 1 is planning to bring the project online in late 2015.
