Finnish ship engine manufacturer Wartsila has completed the acquisition of UK gas systems provider Hamworthy.
Hamworthy’s board backed a £383 million ($598.5 million) takeover offer from Wartsila late last year.
The Finnish company said the purchase is in line with its strategy to become a “total solutions provider”.
