A consortium of Japanese buyers has reduced its off-take from Brunei LNG in a contract renewal.
Tokyo Electric Power Company, Tokyo Gas and Osaka Gas said today that they will buy a combined 3.4 million tonnes per annum from the project in a 10-year heads of agreement.
The utilities are on the hook for 6.01 million tpa until their current contract expires in April 2013.
