LNG trading and shipping players are waiting for a sign from the Panama Canal Authority (ACP) on more than just toll rates.
Congestion measures and vessel nomination procedures are still too foggy to weigh the full benefit of the short-cut once an ongoing expansion project allows LNG carriers to fit.
