Tokyo Gas has wrapped up a sales and purchase agreement to supply compatriot utility Saibu Gas with 300,000 tonnes per annum of LNG over 16 years.
The Japanese companies completed the deal today, which firms up a heads of agreement signed in September last year.
Shipment of the volumes will kick off in 2014 and will run until 2029.
Tokyo Gas said it will supply the cargoes on an ex-ship basis.
