South Korea LNG imports dipped in August as prices jumped. The world’s second largest LNG market brought in 2.02 million tonnes, down 1% on the 2.04 million tonnes seen in August 2010.
The country paid an average $726 per tonne last month, a major leap on the $565 it shelled out a year earlier.
