South Korea has seen its LNG imports nose-dive in November.
The world’s second-largest LNG market brought in 2.32 million tonnes last month, according to newswire reports of customs figures.
That marked a 34.4% decrease on the 3.54 million tonnes brought in a year earlier.
The country paid an average of $700 per tonne compared to $511 in November 2010.
South Korea brought in more than 102,000 tonnes of spot volumes at $647 per tonne.
