US supermajor ExxonMobil is offering out shares in three companies involved in its Aceh LNG producing operation in Indonesia.
Stakes in Mobil Exploration Indonesia, ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia and Mobil Indonesia LNG are up for grabs. The companies’ assets include the Arun field and satellite fields, and the North Sumatra Offshore field.
ExxonMobil’s gas plant in Indonesia’s Aceh province supplies Pertamina’s Arun LNG facility, which is under review to be converted into a regasification terminal.
