BG Group and its partners in Chile’s GNL Quintero terminal are gearing up for a tender for off-take from expanded capacity.
Their GNL Chile marketing joint venture is aiming to launch the exercise by the end of the year in the hopes of bagging downstream deals for 10 to 20 years.
The companies are planning to add 5 million cubic metres per day in capacity by installing a new vaporiser at the terminal, a GNL Chile spokesman told El Murcurio newspaper.
