• Taiwan boosted its LNG imports by 11% last month. The country brought in 1.17 million tonnes in June, compared with 1.05 million the same month of the previous year, according to Bloomberg analysis of customs data. Taiwan paid about $752 per tonne for last month’s LNG, totalling $880 million.
• Gail (India) is close to finalising a second US LNG supply deal for 2 million tonnes per annum.
