- ConocoPhillips’ Kenai LNG plant in Alaska has shipped its third cargo this year with Kansai Electric Power seen as the likely buyer. Vessel tracking data show the 126,300-cbm LNG Gemini (built 1978) left America’s sole operational export facility with a shipment bound for Himeji, Japan. Kansai, which has an import terminal at Himeji, bought the other two cargoes shipped this year.
