Korea Gas Corporation said its natural gas sales surged in June by 16.9%, a promising sign for its LNG buying.
The company, which relies on LNG imports for its gas supply, said it sold the equivalent of 2.07 million tonnes of the fuel, compared to 1.77 million tonnes a year earlier, according to a Reuters report.
Kogas is the largest single buyer of LNG.
