Israel’s Petroleum Authority has announced a public hearing for access to the country’s maiden LNG import terminal.
Gas customers are invited to independently bring in LNG to the Hadera facility.
Companies may also team up with the government’s electricity outfit Israel Electric Corporation, which is sourcing some of the LNG supply for the terminal, in exchange for sharing in IEC’s costs, according to Globes Online.
