Gail (India) cut the ribbon today on its trading desk in Singapore.
The natural gas player, a major player in India’s LNG import sector, will operate in the Lion City through its Gail Global (Singapore) subsidiary, which was originally set up as an investment division.
Gail (India) managing director BC Tripathi said the trading desk’s primary role will be securing cargoes for the Indian market.
