The US FederalEnergy Regulatory Commission has approved a settlement between Dominion andcapacity holders at its Cove Point LNG terminal.
The decision, which made no modifications ofthe agreement, puts to rest a dispute that saw the utility at odds with Shell,Statoil and BP over bringing in enough cargoes to keep
the terminal cool when there is no LNG demand.
The settlement establishes procedures forprocuring maintenance cargoes, as well as a cost recovery mechanism.
