GDF Suez-controlled Elengy will launch vessel loading services next week at its Montoir-de-Bretagne import facility in France.
The terminal operator’s move, which opens up re-export and break-bulk possibilities, comes shortly after a 19 January decision by regulators to permit the play.
Montoir has a reloading rate of 4,000 cubic metres per hour, meaning a standard cargo will take about two days to load.
