Dominion has struck a settlement deal with capacity holders at its US LNG terminal to bring a maintenance cargo into the facility.
The utility told regulators it will bring a single cargo next month that will be used to keep the Dominion Cove Point LNG terminal facilities cool enough to continue operating.
The deal will see capacity holders BP, Statoil and Shell bear the costs of the import.
