Two more Vietnamese yard executives have been arrested in a fraud probe.
Truong Van Tuyen, retired general director of Vinashin, and Pham Thanh Son, deputy general director of successor company SBIC, were held on Monday, accused of "abuse of power or position to appropriate property" while at Vinashin.
