Tidewater is reportedly facing a federal investigation in Mexico after a local company accused the offshore vessel giant of violating cabotage laws in the country.
The Attorney General of the Republic's office is investigating the New York-listed company's Mexico operations as a result of a complaint lodged by Argos Naviera, according to reports from several news outlets including dailies Reforma, Milenio and Zocalo.
