Siem Offshore has said it will bank a profit of $8m from winning two legal battles in Brazil and India.
Subsidiaries of the Norwegian OSV player will book the gain in the third quarter.
There will be a positive cash effect of $9.5m when it is paid, probably later this year.
It did not give any details about the two litigations, however, other than to say they were with customers and not connected to each other.
