Anil Sharma, chief executive of demolition giant Global Marketing Systems (GMS), says his former in-house counsel, Sahil Verma, took advantage of his position and a Sharma family holiday to forge ship sale documents and then create the appearance that Sharma had directed and approved the forgery.
Sharma submitted the statements as part of a criminal contempt of court case against him in the High Court of Judicature of Bombay.
